Learn which pets are available from The Oracles, The Sha'tari Skyguard, The Sporeggar, and the Kalu'ak.
Faction grinding is a fact of life in World of Warcraft. For many, the potential rewards make the tedious grind worthwhile. For pet collectors, there are some fantastic and unique pets that can only be acquired by gaining a favorable reputation with certain in-game factions.

Oracle Faction Pets
The Oracles, in Northrend’s Sholazar Basin, are one of the most lucrative factions with which to gain reputation for pet collectors. Once players reach Revered status, they become able to purchase a Mysterious Egg from the faction’s quartermaster. After 7 days, this egg has the potential to hatch into one of four unique pets, the rare Green Proto Drake flying mount, or a semi-useless food item called Aged Yolk.

Approximately 20% of the time, the Mysterious Egg will hatch into a Tickbird Hatchling. This brown bird will flutter along behind you faithfully after being summoned.

The White Tickbird Hatchling is another potential pet that can emerge from a Mysterious Egg. Like its darker-feathered cousin, this white bird has a 20% chance to emerge from any given egg.

The Cobra Hatchling is another potential drop from a Mysterious Egg. Like the tickbirds, it drops approximately 20% of the time. The Cobra Hatchling very closely resembles a smaller version of the giant snakes that circle the Oracle village in Sholazar. You know, the ones you were forced to repeatedly kill in order to complete your Oracle daily quests.

The rarest of the Mysterious Egg hatchlings, the Proto-Drake Whelp, is also the coolest-looking. This tiny red version of the mounts many level 80s can be seen flying around on only drops approximately 10% of the time.

None of the Oracle pets are soulbound when they hatch, so those unwilling to grind their way to Revered with The Oracles can potentially get them off the auction house instead. Players who find themselves constantly getting repeat pets can simply auction off the duplicates for a decent amount of gold, as well.

Check out page 2 for information on pets available from the Kalu’ak, Sha’tari Skyguard, and Sporeggar factions.

The Kalu'ak Faction Pet: Pengu
Pengu is a black and white baby penguin with dark red eyes. To obtain him, players must purchase a Nurtured Penguin Egg from a Kalu’ak quartermaster (Sairuk in Dragonblight or Tanaika in Howling Fjord) after reaching Exalted status with the Kalu’ak. The Nurtured Penguin Egg costs 12 gold before the faction discount.

Sha'tari Skyguard Faction Pet: Nether Ray Fry
Players who manage to reach Exalted status with the Sha’tari Skyguard in Terokkar Forest will find themselves able to purchase the Nether Ray Fry from Grella the Skyguard Quartermaster at Blackwind Landing for 32 gold. This tiny version of the Nether Rays found throughout outland is dark-colored with a purple glow.

Raising your Sha'tari Skyguard faction to Exalted also enables players to purchase rare Nether Ray epic flying mounts. While these may have been more common in the Burning Crusade Days, they're rarely seen in Northrend.

The WoW Wiki guide to the Sha’tari Skyguard faction will help you reach Exalted as fast as possible.

The Sporeggar Faction Pet: Tiny Sporebat
This tiny green sporebat glows orange and hovers along behind its master. To purchase it, players must first reach Exalted status with the Sporeggar, then purchase it from the Sporeggar quartermaster, Mycah in Zangarmarsh, for 30 glowcaps (Sporeggar currency). Glowcaps can be found on the ground throughout Zangarmarsh, and are available as rewards for certain Sporeggar daily quests, similar to Champion's Seals.

WoW Wiki has an excellent guide to increasing Sporeggar faction, as well.

Each of these pets is easily acquired; players just need to invest the necessary time to improve their standing with each of these factions. While the long faction grind can seem tedious, it has its upside. Faithfully completing daily quests can earn you quite a bit of money, and the gear rewards available from the various factions can often make the process more than worthwhile.

Be sure to check out the other sections of the guide for information on pets available from vendors, as quest rewards, through the engineering profession, and from ultra-rare loot cards in the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game.

Rumor: A Fifth Blizzard Game In the Works

According to tumeroks.com, the 5th Blizzard game is in their early development stage. 5th you say - What was the fourth? If you’re still not clued in yet:
1. Starcraft II2. Diablo III3. New World of Warcraft expansion4. Next-Gen MMO5. A new unannounced game (New IP?)
The rumor surfaced last week when Blizzard posted 2 new job opportunities under the “unannounced” category for two software engineers. According to a blue post from Blizzard regarding the new positions:

The first time a new IP was hinted was as far back as 2006, when Paul Sams said the following to Gamespot:

Two years down the line, Paul Sams announces the Next-Gen MMO is in production but also mentioned interest in a new IP. So far, Paul Sams has been living up to his words. Although the title still remains a secret, it is official they are working on the Next-Gen MMO.
A few months ago you offered a job on the official Blizzard webpage, Considering a next gen MMO… A community manager added that its about a game that hasn’t been announced yet. Is there any new information on that or is Diablo the mentioned next gen MMO?
Rob Pardo: No, its obviously not, since it is not an MMO! We have another development team, that is…
So there is still one project?
Rob Pardo: Yea, there is still one “unknown” project…(source: OnlineWelten)Blizzard has very strong IP, but it also seems like all of it was created in the last century.
PS: First of all, that’s true that we’ve not introduced any new franchises this century. I think what it really comes down to is, we ask the teams what they want to make next.
I think the folks at our company are concerned, if they’re going to do a new franchise, that it be worthy -and that it be something that is equivalent or better than what we’ve done before, because they don’t want to do a franchise that’s not.
These are three of the best-selling franchises of all time, and very well-loved. So you’ve got a pretty high bar of trying to figure out what those franchises might be.
What I will say, though, is that the idea of a new franchise is very intriguing to employees of the company. Are we ever going to release a new one? I would absolutely say we will at some point. I just don’t know when that day will be quite yet. (source: Gamasutra)When the man says they’re bringing out a new game or whatever, I believe him. He has lived up to his word so far and I do feel they have the budget and are in need of banging out a new IP. Also consider the fact that they’ve yet to release any new franchise for this century.
Paul Sams: What I will say, though, is that the idea of a new franchise is very intriguing to employees of the company. Are we ever going to release a new one? I would absolutely say we will at some point. I just don’t know when that day will be quite yet.
So far, Blizzard has pretty much covered almost every genre of games out but a shooter. I wonder if that’s within the line of what they’re looking to develop. Feel free to share your thoughts and opinion.

Wolrd of Warcraft: Sex text teacher facing jail

A primary teacher was facing jail today after she admitted sending sexually explicit text messages to a 14-year-old schoolboy.

Lynn Walls, 42, used the interactive computer game Warcraft to befriend the teenager and get his mobile phone number while playing online.

She sent the boy, from London, a series of graphic texts in November last year which outlined what she intended to do with him if they met.

Walls was caught out when his father read the messages. The primary school teacher, who works in Gateshead, was warned the offence of inciting a child under 16 to engage in sexual activity was so serious that jail was a possibility.

Judge Guy Whitburn, at Newcastle Crown Court, said: “This is very, very disturbing.”

Walls, of Rose Street East, Penshaw, Sunderland, will be placed on the sex offenders register for a period yet to be determined. She was granted bail and will be sentenced in January.

The judge said: “I warn you, this offence is so serious a custodial sentence cannot be ruled out.”

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Review

For over four years now, World of Warcraft has unquestionably reigned king of the MMORPG scene, with now eleven million players playing world wide, and one add-on which further expanded the already massive world and brought us Outland. Now with the release of WoW’s second expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, Blizzard have not only further polished their hugely successful MMO, but have added enough new content to the game that it could easily last at least another 2 years.

But to be fair, Wrath is not a game that will draw new players into the scene, as ultimately, it is targeted at the players that have already reached the previous level cap of 70, and are ready to progress further into the new end game content. It is a game built with the fans in mind, not the newcomers, and so this review is targeted at experienced WoW players and outlines why Wrath is a must-buy to the veterans of the vastly popular MMO.

Probably the most talked about and anticipated addition to the MMO is the new hero class, the Death Knight. Only available to those who have reached level 55 and over, the Death Knight begins in the Eastern Plaguelands at level 55 under the control of the Lich King, and is primarily a melee class able to take on tanking and damage roles in PvE, and have the potential to be a devastating ally in PvP. The feel perceived from a Death Knight is that of a mixture between a Warlock and Paladin, with disease debuffs doing damage over time, like a Warlock’s curse, and also aiding in buffing certain other abilities the Death Knight has, much like that of a Paladin’s Judgements. The Death Knight’s runic power system also feels much like a Warriors rage system, where one must learn to manage it properly by using abilities and dealing damage to sustain it, then unleashing its power through abilities that require runic power. But in another twist, Death Knights also have runes they use to activate certain abilities, the runes being Frost, Unholy and Blood. The Death Knight has 2 of each specialisation to use, and as an example if they were to use their Area of Effect spell Death and Decay, they would require two of their Unholy runes, and the only time they can cast it again is when those Runes go off cool down. Though sounding fairly complex, the system once learned is highly effective, and mastering the system can lead to devastating damage outputs or huge threat gains from the Death Knight. And with the talent trees that Death Knight’s have, the new class is very versatile and it is an unlikely encounter to spot two Death Knights with the same play styles.

The biggest addition to WoW though is the new continent Northrend, where level 70 players go to level up to the new level cap of 80. One of the most striking things about Northrend is its design, which is vastly different from the warped and twisted landscapes of Outland. Northrend is much more gothic in design, and holds a much darker tone to previous areas in WoW, which fits in the context of what WoW players face, which is the Lich King himself, the former Paladin, Arthas Menethil.

Questing in Northrend is also vastly improved to the quests from Outland and the older Azeroth continents, with more involvement in each quest, especially through a new system called Phasing. Phasing happens when you’ve completed a certain chain of quests, which then lead to an event that changes the actual world around you. It may, for example, open a new flight path that previously wasn’t there, and it’s unique to every player, so if someone has not done that chain of quests, they will not be able to see what you see. Of course it can be a bit of a nuisance when there is a group quest you receive from the phase, and none of your friends are up to that point and are unable to help, but nonetheless it gives a strong reason why quests should be completed, even after you’ve reached level 80, and even then the questing is now quite fun. Fetch quests are now quite uncommon, with new quests such as taking control of a tank and wiping hundreds of Scourge being more prevalent, which makes levelling up far more enjoyable than previous efforts. Blizzard have clearly put more thought into the grinding part of Wrath, and it’s turned out to be quite fun and very rewarding.

And if you’re not a big fan of the questing either way, you can grind your way to 80 through the new instances of Northrend, and pick up gear on the way. Ranging from foreboding keeps littered with Vikings known as the Vrykul, or dark caverns littered with the Lich Kings spider minions, there’s a huge variety in dungeons to play through and all are not only challenging, but very enjoyable. One instance in particular known as Azjol’Nerub has you running through a dark cavern filled with undead spiders, and for the WarCraft lore fans, has you facing off against Anub’arak as a boss at the end. The instance is extremely fast paced and never lets up, and will have your blood pumping by the end of the run. It’s only one example of an instance run in Northrend, but most are extremely well designed and very smooth, and many players will be happy to play them over and over again, if not for the enjoyment of it or for farming gear they want.

And for the players that have hit 80, they have the end game content to look forward to, such as Heroic 5 mans (instances attuned and tweaked for level 80 players), and Naxxramas, an older 40 man raid in the original WoW, re-released in both a 10 man and 25 man version. Many guilds will most likely seek to conquer the newly redesigned raid, whether it be in the lighter 10 man version or the more hardcore 25 man. After Naxxramas, there are even more raids to do, such as Malygos and Sartharion, so raiders have much to look forward to come end game.

But for the people who aren’t big fans of raiding and PvE, there’s plenty of PvP to go around too, particularly with the new Battleground, Strand of the Ancients, and a PvP focused area in Northrend named Wintergrasp.

Strand of the Ancients is a new Battleground which works much like Unreal Tournament’s assault mode, where each faction plays offence and defence per round. The offensive side come by boat and must break down the doors of the fort the defenders are protecting, and capture the city. They’re given siege tanks to aid in breaking down the doors, and defenders are given turrets placed around the fort. It’s a fairly intense and very enjoyable Battleground that is very different to the older Battlegrounds and is sure to be popular among PvP fans.

Wintergrasp works similarly to Strand of the Ancients, where whoever has control of the area at the time is to defend the fortress from being taken over, while the opposing faction must break it down and capture it with various vehicles made by siege workshops around the map. The only difference though is that once the Wintergrasp battle is over, the winning faction opens up a new raid and several other things such as quests for their faction to use for the next few hours, giving more incentive to hold Wintergrasp for your faction. It’s an interesting new addition into the game that will certainly please PvP fans.

On a visual note, Wrath has received a fair few upgrades, notably in shadows, where everything casts its own real time shadow now. Though technically nowhere near the quality of many MMO’s that have been released, the art design of Wrath is second to none, with absolutely outstanding attention to detail in almost every area. Areas are incredibly well designed, and encourage exploration as there’s so much to see and learn about the area. It’s all very diverse too, from dense jungles to icy landscapes, and will never bore you. The monsters are just as well designed as the areas as well, with each monster having distinct features from others, and you’ll never get mixed between them. It’s all so fresh and full of imagination, and will suck any player into the world for hours on end and won’t let go.

The sound is also well done, particularly the soundtrack, which is Blizzard’s best yet. From the epic and heart pounding beats of Icecrown to the soft and soulful melodies of Scholazar Basin, Wrath will have your hairs sticking up from the beauty of its music. Sound effects also play a big part in immersion, with the clashes of swords echoing through battlegrounds and battle cries of enemies as you face the final boss of a raid. It’s all very coherent and wholly appropriate, and will please the ears of any player.

Wrath of the Lich King is, on one hand, an absolutely outstanding game. The journey to level 80 is an experience many gamers will not forget, with much of the history of Northrend to discover and many places to explore. On the other hand, Wrath is a game only for the players dedicated enough to reach level 70, and level 55 if you want to play a Death Knight. So for newcomers, they are somewhat alienated, as they need to put in the time to get to level 70 first, then head onto Northrend.

That being said though, for those willing to get past the first two games and head on into Northrend, they are in for a big treat, as Wrath of the Lich King is not only a solid expansion, but Blizzard’s finest achievement and one which no gamer should miss out on.

source: palgn

WoW news:Teen arrested for making suicide threat to a GM

After a 17-year-old in Fairfield, Ohio told a GM “he was suicidal and the game was the only thing he had to live for,” the Blizzard rep called 911, and the kid was apparently arrested, according to the Middletown Journal. We’ve seen this before — Blizzard won’t put up with suicide threats — but as far as I know, this is the first we’ve heard of an arrest coming about because of it. Apparently the charge is a first degree misdemeanor, and though the kid was released to his father, he’s got a court date to face next week.

The dumbest part? The kid wasn’t even suicidal — he told officers when questioned that it was a joke “to try and get what he wanted for the game.” We doubt this will lead to anything big (we’d put the kid in community service and give him a slap on the wrist — he’s probably scared enough after being handcuffed and put in a patrol car), but Blizzard’s policy is exactly right on this one, if you ask us. If the threat is real, this could prevent a tragedy, and if it’s just some kid messing around to try and get his banned account back, he might learn a little lesson in the process.

WOW: WoW, Casually: Top 5 casual improvements in 2008

WOWinsider posted the top 5 casual improvements of 2008 at their site.

Robin Torres writes WoW, Casually for the player with limited playtime.

2007 truly was the year of the casual, but 2008 continued the trend of Blizzard developers to make more content accessible for those of us with limited playtime. The biggest patches for us (and everyone else) were 2.4 and 3.0.2. And there was that little expansion that happened. Overall, there is more for us to do in less time. Here is my list of the top 5 WoW improvements for us this past year.

Exciting Changes In WoW 3.1

Exciting changes in WoW 3.1

I’m not going to list them, but WoWInsider has pages and pages of announced changes for all classes coming in World of Warcraft patch 3.1. And I’m not talking about minor changes that change some bonus from 3.78% to 3.83% of something. But major changes with huge impacts on how classes work and what their role is in various environments. Of course I’m most excited about the priest changes, where for example the spirit buff will be made available to all priests, not just the discipline spec ones. Discipline priest will get a group shield, and will be able to cast Penance on themselves. Holy priests will enjoy improvements to various AoE healing spells. And as some commenters remarked, mana regeneration will be reworked for all classes, and a priest talent that previously gave you some mana back for overhealing will now shorten the casting time of slower spells after casting faster ones. That means a complete reevaluation of what stats are necessary for priests, and a big change to our spell rotation. wow powerleveling

My warrior will also have some fundamental changes to how his class works, because switching stances will be made significantly easier, and stance penalties might be changed too. The Arms tree will get increased damage. And I don’t have to shout at the priest any more when he casts Power Word: Shield on me, because in future that won’t inhibit rage generation any more.

Other classes also get some big changes: Mages and warlocks gain abilities that provide mana replenishment to their group. Hunters don’t need ammo any more. Death knights get their blood and frost trees buffed. Paladins all get blessing of kings as base ability. And the list goes on and on, including several points where big changes were announced, but not specified, e.g. improving holy priests viability in PvP.

A lot of good stuff, and it looks as if Blizzard is improving some underpowered classes like warlocks. Which causes less protests than nerfing the overpowered classes, but ultimately does the same thing for relative class balance. Nevertheless I find the timing a bit odd. Some classes, like paladins, have undergone massive changes with every patch since 3.0, often going up and down like a yoyo. Other classes have been rather neglected. Wouldn’t it have been better if all those changes to all classes would have come with either patch 3.0.2 or with Wrath of the Lich King? Well, at least it appears as if patch 3.1 pretty much covers all classes, so we might achieve some stability to class roles and class balance until WoW 4.0.

I’ve heard cynics saying that those class changes in each patch are Blizzard’s way of keeping us occupied when new content isn’t forthcoming. But patch 3.1 of course will have new content in the form of at least one new raid dungeon, and who knows what else. So what is your opinion on the frequent changes to various classes? Is balancing just very, very hard to get right? Or is patch 3.1 just adding stuff that should have been in the game long ago?

Man arrested for assaulting girl he met in World of Warcraft

Here’s an unfortunate World of Warcraft mention in the news: a man has been arrested and charged with all sorts of terrible things for having a relationship with a 14-year-old girl that he originally met in Azeroth. Daniel Joseph Czelusniak is 23 and from North Royalton, Ohio, and is being held by Pennsylvania State Police after having a relationship with the girl last year, meeting at a hotel and her house. He originally met her four years ago (when she was 10 but apparently claimed she was 14) while they were both playing World of Warcraft.

Of course, this is hardly the game’s fault: parents of young children need to closely supervise their activity online while they’re doing anything, be it browsing the Internet or fighting dragons in Northrend. WoW itself is rated T by the ESRB, which means no children under the age of 13 should really be playing it without parental supervision anyway, and the added online component of the game should be even more of a red flag for anyone overseeing younger children. This is a great game (and you couldn’t find a nicer community of people who play it), but there are the same dangers in this environment as anywhere else your child might go online.

No Lich King for China?

Chinese WoW official website, still The Burning Crusade

According to multiple sources, it seems The9, official publisher of World of Warcraft in China, has not been given the ok to release WoW’s latest expansion “Wrath of the Lich King”. Even with multiple changes including the removal of the well known Death Knight, the governing body which was in charge of assessing WLK still rejected the newest proposal. This latest denial was possibly due to additional content which was not removed, as quoted here,

“The applications were rejected due to content that didn’t meet requirements, including a city raid and skeleton characters;”

Rumors detailing problems between The9 and Blizzard regarding contractual issues and a possible meeting between The9’s President Chen Xiaowei and top executives at Electronic Arts to discuss Warhammer now seem to have greater validity; as with this latest delay and the supposed removal of a link which connected WoW’s simplified Chinese website with the North American one it seems as there may indeed be a fracture in these two companies relations.

If The9 continues to bring forth proposals on Blizzards behalf, it will be interesting to see what other things Blizzard must delete from the official version to get approval, and how much of their IP they are willing to butcher to comply.

What do you think is acceptable for a company to do when appeasing the government of a country in which they desire to do business?

I Don't Think So

The most played MMORPG of all time.

Wow, I tried it didn't like it and quit. Now you're probably there thinking oh my goodness you just dumped the game I always wanted, but I'm here to tell you it's not what you always wanted. The game play is boring, just walking around doing quests and the combat system should be changed.

I'd agree that it has a pretty good storyline and graphics, I love the fact that you can jump and move with the arrow keys but I got bored of it in half an hour. I'd rather turn to Runescape MEMBERSHIP. I think that Runescape offers you more fun for your money than Wow does. I don't understand how people become addicted to Wow it's just unbelievable to me.

Making Money the Easy Way in World of Warcraft

This is the most time-efficient way of making in-game currency for the popular MMO World of Warcraft.

Over 10 million people log into World of Warcraft (WoW) almost every day, playing in their virtual fantasy world in attempts to build up their virtual characters to their max and enjoy a (hopefully healthy) online lifestyle in addition to their everyday lives. How many times do you come up short though? You have the time to quest and level, but it seems like so many people have more time to work on their trade skills and make large amounts of money for their epic mount they have been trying to get for the past month. When it comes down to it, you just don't have enough in-game currency! You could buy that rare recipe or that epic item off the auction house if only you had a little bit more gold! You don't have the time, or the patients to sit around all day and grind endlessly in hopes of selling some vendor trash and maybe one or two greens you found in the auction house. There is a better way to make money in WoW, and it doesn't require spending your real life money on gold sellers that could hack you or wind up getting you banned.

I believe I first heard it from Scrooge McDuck years ago on the cartoon ducktails, but it changed how I look at making money. "Work smarter, not harder." Was his saying, and the same thing applies to real life and to Warcraft if you just put a little brainpower into the equation. Enough with the babble, this is how you do it:

Add-ons are created by WoW-players to solve and make easier many of Wow's features; the one I'm going to focus on is Auctioneer. Head on over to the Auctioneer Google it, just download it somehow, unzip it, add it to your wow directory (if your running vista it is C:UsersPublicGamesWorld of WarcraftInterfaceAddOns) and copy it into there. Now open up WoW and log yourself in.

Great! The only bit of technical know-how has been downed, now it is all in-game from here. First, we are going to run to your nearest auction house (preferably of your faction, the neutral auction houses run by the goblins has less accurate pricing information.) and from there you are going to notice that when you run and talk to the teller, the interface box that pops up looks a lot more complex! It's not, don't worry, it just has more features that give you the edge over anyone without the add-on.

The most important thing to do right now is scan the auction house, it will take a while (usually about 15 minutes, depending on the day) and once that's over, Auctioneer has literally scanned every item, its buyout/bid price and done loads of calculations for you to help you get the best price when you sell your items. That would have been a lot of manual work! I recommend you scan every day for a full week if you can, especially the weekends when the most WoW users are on to sell things. The more you scan (once a day is plenty) the more accurate your prices will be and the better your chances of selling things.

Now that you're ready to sell, click on the "Post" tab and fill out all the required info. Auctioneer will give you the value it thinks the item is worth, and if for some reason you have an item that has yet to be scanned, it will give you 300% of the vendor markup price. So you still make 3x as much as you would if you had just sold it to a vendor.

This is where the "get rich easy" part comes in. I started with a mere 40 gold to my name. When I looked at the auction house I thought "Everyone's willing to buy things" and immediately I started thinking of the best items to buy from the auction house (didn't matter if I needed it or not) and then turning around and putting it back into the auction house right away at a higher price! Now you may think that nobody will buy your items because there more expensive, that's where auctioneer is a champion. It knows that servers have an average price for items, and it will look for and find you the best prices for the item you look for.

The real money here is in the items people will always need and use. Trade skill items, ore, potions, items that help you gain reputation with a certain faction, recipes for any trade. Armor and weapons can be nice if you find a really good deal but can be harder to get rid of, so stick to the more reliable things at first. Make sure you have enough money to re-post everything in the auction house that you buy (they do have deposits).

I've been doing this for a mere few months and have made (although I've spent a lot as well) thousands of gold, literally in a few minutes of my time. The best part about it is you can create a separate character that just runs back and forth from the auction house to the mailbox buying and selling. Profits anywhere from 3 to 40 gold are frequent when looking at the lower prices and selling them as the normal price or even a bit marked up! This is literally passive income in Warcraft that takes you about 20 minutes for profits that can range in the hundreds of gold per hour. All without ever needing to grind your life away like everyone else! While your items are selling in the auction house and the "Successful Auction" mail is being sent to your mailbox, you can focus on leveling your character fast, and being able to join a guild and raid without ever worrying about having the money for potions, repairs. People pay real money to hear this, I'm giving it away for free, enjoy! I even made my auctioning character look suave to show off my prowess.

World of Warcraft Noob Tip

If you are new to the World of Warcraft game, then this will help you to prosper and make money.

The first thing you need when joining the World of Warcraft is a great guild. The guild that you are in is key to your success and character development. The higher leveled members of your guild can power level you and get you tons of experience through quests and instances in a relatively short amount of time. The loot from the quests and raids can be sold for a decent profit as your guild should provide you with even better equipment.

They will most likely carry you straight to level 80 so that you can participate in high level guild runs and raids. The guild is everything. They will determine the difference between a week or three to get to level 20 and a couple of days or even hours to accomplish the same feat. I have seen firsthand how easy it is to excell when you have a good guild behind you. Trust me the benifits of having a good guild or a group of friends around your level will improve your game play and gaming experience dramatically.

Earn lots of gold by mining in Sholazar Basin

This is a guide to making lots of gold by mining saronite ore in Sholazar Basin.

Before i start, here are the requirements:

Level 77.

400 mining (425 for rich saronite deposits).

A flying mount. How do you make that much gold? Well I decided to write up a guide to give you my personal pointers on making money in WoW. It’s actually very easy to make a lot of money in the game if you understand the mechanics and play at least some of the time in a way meant to maximize your income. These are in no particular order. I suggest you do as many as you can, but of course the main point of the game is to have fun, so if you find something simply not fun, skip it.1. Play Solo. I’m not saying never play in a group, but the reality is that most money making activities are done solo in this game. Just do the math. 5 people evenly dividing the loot means you will have to kill 5 times as many mobs to make the same amount of money, and the reality is that even the best group will not come anywhere close to killing at that rate. Plus, green items drop on average once per 40 kills. Blues drop more like once per a thousand kills. Most people never see a purple drop. And on top of that, not every green is the same. Some are far more valuable than others. If you are soloing, you get every drop. In a group, you need to roll. Over all, you will make a lot more money soloing than grouping. My solution is to find a group when I know I have 4+ hours to play and to solo the rest of the time.
2. Learn how to use the AH. This is a multi-parter.(a) If you played for several hours and end the day with only a handful of auctions, you are doing something wrong. A 3 to 4 hour play session soloing should yield you 15 to 20 items worth auctioning. Keep in mind that every item that is not gray is worth something to someone. Before clicking sell to a vendor, alt-tab out to wow.allakhazam.com and look at the AH median prices for that item. You may be surprised at how valuable some items are. Many of the best AH items in the game are not green, blue or purple, but instead are white. Sell everything you can in the AH, not to the vendors. Cloth is an especially valuable thing to sell that tends to drop in large quanities when you hunt. When in doubt, put it up for sale and see what happens.(b) Make sure you always put a buyout for an item you put for sale. Nine times out of ten, someone interested in your item in the AH wants it now, and if he can’t get it now, he’s not interested. Except for particularly rare items, no buyout usually means no sale. Figuring a buyout is tricky. I generally use the rule of 3 times the recommended base price for greens. Blues and purples are pretty much sky’s the limit. If nobody buys it, you can always list it again. For white items, check if any others are for sale and use that as a reference.(c) Learn your local AH price structure. Most white items drop over and over again. This means you will be selling them almost every day. Try to remember the prices you got for the next time. Jot them down if need be. Over time, you will start to get a feel for what people will pay for certain items. This lets you start to play the buy and sell game. Whenever you log into the AH, scroll through all of the items for sale and look for bargains. If you see an item for sale for 50% or lower of the expected value, buy it and put it back up for the right price. You may go days without seeing any good bargains, but those you do catch can often yield a lot of gold. I typically spend about 15 to 20 minutes at the beginning and end of each play session just scrolling through the AH looking for anything interesting. Over time, this will generate a lot of gp for you.(d) Never pass a vendor by without checking him first. The more remote the location of the vendor, the more this rule applies. Vendors often have rare items for sale that when bought disappear for a set time period. Many of these items sell for 5 to 10 times what you pay for them in the AH. You can tell these items because they will have a number on their icon. Learn who sells what and memorize it. Trade skill recipes in particular resell very well in the AH. For example, you can buy the recipe for the superior mana potion in The Undercity for 1.2 GP and resell it in the AH for as much as 6 GP. Many food and drink vendors have rare potions for sale. A Superior Healing Potion sells for 9 SP from a vendor and resells in the AH for 50 SP. The beauty of these items is that their vendor resale price is always very low, which means they are also cheap to list in the AH. This means you can afford to list them several times until they sell and still make quite a bit off of them.(e) Learn what stats are valued by other classes. Items sell best that boost the target stats. All classes can use stamina. Casters look to boost intelligence most of all. Fighters want to boost strength. Hunters and rogues agility. Paladins are fighters, but also want extra intelligence. Casting classes can also use some extra spirit, though many consider it worthless. Things that boost attacks, spell damage, crits, etc. are very well liked.
3. Pick up a Trade Skill. WoW trade skills are actually very profitable. If you are playing and have skipped this aspect of the game, you are missing out of a significant source of gold. You can choose to pick one of the creation/gathering combinations like herbalism/alchemy, or to do two gathering professions and sell what you get to the other players. Each method will make you money. Skinning, mining and herbalism sold through the AH can all be very profitable. Many players do a combination of two gathering skills to make money. However, you can also do well with a creation/gathering combination. The key to playing a creation/gathering trade skill well is to learn what sells and what doesn’t. Probably 90% of all items made by trades are useless and will never be able to be sold to other players. I suggest you click on each item on the site and see where it’s AH prices are listed as and concentrate on those items with the highest prices. Gather the ingredients yourself. This may mean devoting a couple hours a week to just running around and finding herbs or ores, but it is worth it over buying raw ingredients from other players. Use our object maps to see which zones have the most spawn points for what you need to gather and then milk that zone in the game’s off hours if possible. Then make and sell the items. Except for something like healing and mana potions, you are better off only putting one of each item up at a time. Keep in mind other crafters are putting up similar items and more items for sale generally means lower prices. It’s in everyone’s best interest not to flood the market (well the crafters interest any ways). If you devote several hours a week to crafting, you can make quite a nice profit off of it over time.
4. Grind, don’t quest. I’m not saying don’t ever do quests. Quests are fun and a huge part of the game. When playing purely for fun, by all means do all the quests you can. When you decide to try to make some money, however, you have to grind. What is grinding? It means finding a spot with a nice set of mobs that can be pulled one at a time and spawn over time faster than you can kill them. The best grinding spots also feature a recurring chest or perhaps a potential silver elite. Settle into your chosen spot and kill, kill, kill. Keep going until your bags are full and you have to return to town. If you are a premium member of our site, use our mob value chart to find the best value mobs for your level and pick your spot based upon that. If you don’t have that, look for camps of humanoids, as they tend to drop money as well as items. Keep in mind that the loot difference between mobs several levels below you and several levels above you is usually not that great, so when grinding strictly for loot, go for lower level mobs, as you will kill them faster and thus get more loot more quickly. Another thing to keep in mind is that elites drop green, blues and purples at 3 to 4 times higher a rate than non-elites. Thus, grinding elites even 8 to 10 levels lower than you will get you a lot more loot over time than grinding same level non-elites. There are lots of outdoors areas full of elites that can be single pulled. You can also try instances 5 to 10 levels below you and solo there. By far my favorite instance to solo is the Scarlet Monastery. It’s the only one I have found that has mostly single or double pulls throughout the dungeon.
5. Learn how to use our site. Since you are reading this, you must use the site to some extent. Are you using it to its fullest? Are you aware that every item has a complete and up to date set of AH prices listed for it? Always check that before selling to a vendor and also to set the price you sell at in the AH. Did you know that each mob has a mob value on it that is calculated based upon their drop types and percentages and the AH and vendor prices of those items? If you are camping mobs with low values, maybe you should think of going somewhere else. Also, the mob listings show the % chance of the mob dropping a green, blue or purple. Surprisingly, this can vary by several % points. If you are camping a mob with only a 1.5% chance of dropping a green when most other mobs drop at 2.5%, maybe you should consider moving somewhere else. Wondering where to hunt? Check the zone level chart and the zone mob lists to see what it available. Or search quests by level to get quests you can do. If you are a premium member, don’t forget the Mob Value Search. I’ve gotten to the point where I use that daily before deciding where I want to hunt that day. Check the guides section. We have guides on out of the way hunting areas, guides detailing specific zones, general hunting guides, etc. Many of these are very useful in deciding where and how to play the game. Looking for recipes for your trade skill? Look it up here first before buying it in the AH. It may well be sold for far less on some vendor somewhere. Have you ever looked at the Interactive Maps? One really cool one is the rares map. This lets you find were silver elites spawn in every zone. If you are in a zone hunting, especially a more remote one, check the rare map and run over to see if the silver elite is spawned. Those almost always drop a nice item. Most important of all, have fun. Remember it’s only a game.

How to make WoW Gold 100 G in one hour

You have to be lvl 60 or else you cant run pass all the mobs. After heading to Gadgetzan, the first transmute you’ll gain access to is the Mithril->Truesilver one. (There’s also the Iron->Gold one, that’s really good for nothing so you might as well skip buying it). The only reason to use this one is for cheap leveling of your alchemy skill, to get to 275 skill. You will make a profit with it too, but it won’t be very large.Consider investing in a stack of Mithril bars. Make sure you haggle for the price, get it as cheap as you can. When you start burning through them, sell the resulting bars one-by-one at the AH. Unless you’re selling on a bad day or something, you will more than double your per-bar investment in mithril. Say you bought your stack for 10-15 silver per bar - well, you’ll be selling your truesilver for 40-60 silver a piece. At that rate it takes about one week to pay off the initial investment, the rest is money for nothing, in your pockets. Won’t amount to a whole lot, but in your early levels you need all the help you can get - and besides, you will get the occasional skill-up while at it, too.
Arcanite TransmuteOnce you reach level 275, you can learn the Arcanite transmutation. This recipe will last you a good long while - in fact, unless you luck out and find the Undeath->Water essence transmute somewhere, you’ll be using it right up to level 60 when you have completed the Scholomance ghost quest chain. The price of Arcanite as well as arcanite transmutes has been heading downhill for a while, as is the case with all things in WoW. Like most people, I started out by offering transmutation services for a fee of 5 gold, but soon that price started lowering as more alchemists entered the market, and on my server it’s now settled in at 3 gold. But I got to thinking… I’m wasting a lot of time advertising my services in Ironforge and putting up with annoying customers - for what? A few gold every few days? Considering my time and effort spent advertising and bargaining, I knew I had to find an easier way out.By this time I had a few gold in my pocket already, and even though selling my own bars meant tying up almost 30 gold of my cash, risking unsuccessful sales in the AH and paying 5% for even the successful ones, none of these things were a real obstacle to me. I bought a stack of Thorium Bars for a few gold, and started browsing for arcane crystal prices. I quickly learned that there was quite a gap between the price of a crystal and the price of the finished Arcanite bar: A crystal would go for 19-22 gold, whereas the bar prices ranged from 25 to almost 30 gold.By entering the bar sales business, you’ll bring in an average of at least 6 gold profit per sale - which should be twice the amount you’d get from selling the service alone, and without the hassle of haggling and advertising.
Undeath to WaterI got lucky and found the Undeath->water transmute recipe in Un’Goro, so I don’t know what this is worth in the AH. Probably a lot, since it’s a world drop recipe. If you find it, it’s a gold mine. If you see it in the AH, you’ll have to weigh the cost/future profit carefully, because you’ll probably switch to doing a different transmute later. It won’t be wise to spend obscene amounts on this recipe.Assuming you have it one way or another, here’s the deal. Essence of undeath is a somewhat useless and one of the more common essences, found often in Stratholme and Scholomance as well as other mobs. I could buy these essences for anything from as low as 50 silver to 1,5G from the AH. To my delight, Essences of Water are far more difficult to attain and are used in a number of high level crafted items. Their AH price fluctuates as farmers have better and worse terms, but it has stayed in the 7-10G region for a couple of months now on my server. So, from this transmute you’ll earn 6-8 gold or more per transmute - the same amount you got for arcanite - with one major exception: The cool down is only 1 day. Congratulations, you are now making 250 gold per month doing absolutely nothing. But if you want to double that for just 2 hours per week, read on.
Water to AirComplete the quest chain in Scholomance given to you by Eva Sarkhoff, the ghost outside the entrance, you gain an item that allows you to interact with the other ghosts on the island. Among them you will find a vendor that will sell you the Water->Air transmute recipe (binds when picked up).Essences of air are found in Silithus, but their drop rate is highly irregular. They are also used in various rare and epic crafted items. Thus they have earned their AH price of approximately 15-20 gold on my server. By buying Water essences and selling Air essences, you will make 7-8 gold or more per day - only slightly more than by doing Undeath->Water. Prices may vary on your server, of course. This is the easy way of doing things. If you are of the grinding mindset, you can of course grind your own essences to double your profit. This is not difficult, if a bit tedious. You can find Essences of Water from high-level water elemental mobs. The two convenient places I frequent are: Felwood, or Eastern Plaguelands. Both locations are heavily farmed, and with the advent of the new warlock quests in Felwood that happen to be very close to the elemental area, the small area is often packed with 3 or more players competing for the spawns in the relatively small area. The Plaguelands areas are also farmed, but instead of one there are two, and the other one is significantly large which allows for many players to grind there without stepping on each other’s toes too much. It’s of course more fun to do it when you’re alone at it, so you don’t have to wait around and compete for the spawns. The drop rate of these essences is not too low, but low enough to make you really suffer on an unlucky day. Sometimes you can go for an hour without seeing the first sign of any essences, but other times you get two on consecutive kills. Farming random drops is like this, and it’s often boring, and the elementals don’t really drop anything else of value. Almost no greens, just enchanted water and the occasional elemental water or globe of water. I guess this is why the price of the essences remains fairly high. But if you’re persistent, and have the tenacity to grind for 2 hours straight, you will probably be rewarded with at least 4-6 essences, if not more. For about 2 hours worth of grinding, you’re set for a week of transmuting at 15-20G a sale. There’s your 500G a month, 2 hours per week. As with everything, expect these prices to lower over time. I’ve been doing this for about a month now, with no significant drop in profits (Air essence prices have gone down, but Water essence prices have gone up). By the end of the year I don’t think it’ll be as profitable, but considering the time spent it should still be well worth it.
Other transmutesThe transmutes I outlined above are arguably your best path to 300 skill, and your ultimate moneymakers as far as transmutes go. There are other transmutes available, but they really serve little purpose from a moneymaking perspective at least until Blizzard adds new crafted items or quests that shift the value of various essences and minerals. In particular I recall once reading a funny comment about the Air->Fire transmute: Someone compared its usefulness to that of an ‘Arcanite->Copper’ transmute… And really, that’s what it sounds like to me as well ;).However, there is one alternative to consider, and you can do your own math on your server to see if it’s worth doing. Thank you to Squigipapa on the forums for bringing up this idea.
Earth to Water (to Air)If Water essences are too heavily farmed on your server for you to step in and get your own in a reasonable amount of time, you might consider farming Essences of Earth. First of all you need to be friendly with the Timbermaw Furbolgs to purchase the Earth->Water transmute recipe from then. You can then grind Essences of Earth in Silithus, where rock elementals are plentiful and not quite as farmed as Water Elementals. By transmuting them to Water, and then to Air the next day, you may be able to turn up a nice profit, although the time involved in the process does leave you with only half the gold you could make from directly grinding Essences of Water. Alternatively you could also sell the Water Essences depending on how the essence market is working out on your server. Just some food for thought.

A gold website for wow powerleveling

www.usfine.com your most reliable internet gaming service provider, like to thank our valued customers like you, for enjoying your gaming experience with upgold. Well, most of the best and most experienced players use add-ons to help with their in game experience. There are plenty of add-ons that you can download and install on your computer, but today I want to cover one add-on in particular today as well as a great website that I like to use when playing. cheap wow powerleveling

The add-on is called Gatherer.

"Gatherer is an addon which tracks items you gather in the course of your adventures and records their locations on your minimap so that you can keep track of their locations as you are adventuring around Azeroth or the Outlands."

How many times have you been mining some ore and had to ask yourself, "Where the heck did I find that Mithril?" Well if you download this add-on, you won't ever have to worry about losing track again. I highly encourage using this add-on.

Now for a website that works well with Gatherer.

Mapwow is a great complement to Gatherer. cheap wow powerleveling

This is a sweet mapping site that behaves like a Google map. You can zoom down into the map just like you would if you were looking at your own home on Google Maps. The real treat though is that you can select the map to show where Treasure/Ore/Herbs can be found. If you are a miner/gatherer, then using this map coupled with the "Gatherer" add-on will get all the ore/treasure/herb locations recorded fast!

Ok, so how do these two tips help you in your quest for WoW gold? Simple, if you are in a gathering profession, these two tips will save you tons of time which translates into stacks and stacks of materials to sell. And you know what that means, more gold!

Good luck!

World of Warcraft Mod - Get More Out Of The Game With World of Warcraft Mods

Almost everyone asks themselves, after playing World of Warcraft for a while, how they can make more money, or get more out of the game. I never seemed to have enough gold for doing the things I wanted done. I think of myself as an average player meaning I'm not a complete WoW-addict but I play about 5-10 hours per week.

Until a couple of weeks ago I had about 1,800 golds but I haven't bought my epic mount and that cost 5,000 gold. I tried to figure out how to make another 3,200 gold and finally started to consider buying it for real money. Instead I found a gold making guide that promised I could make up to and above 150g/hour. At first I was skeptical, after playing this game for a year I figured that I have picked up most of the tricks in gold grinding. The guide was about $40 and to purchase 3,200 gold would cost a lot more and if I'm poor in WoW that is nothing compared to real life. worldofwarcraft powerleveling

Making Gold The Easy Way!

First of all, let me tell you: There is no easy way to make gold. You just have to know what to do to get the most in return. You still have to grind. But you will grind in a very profitable way.

In the e-book I learned about a place with lots of level 62 mobs with approximately 3,000 health which is very low for this level of mob and making them an easy kill. They have a high drop rate for motes of water which are always in high demand and these mobs respawn quickly making this a perfect gold farming area. I estimate you could make at 90 to 100 gold an hour their from selling the vendor trash, the greens (which are quite frequent) and the motes of water in the AH. Once I got three blues in one run making it my most profitable run ever, 240 gold in 50 minutes. worldofwarcraft powerleveling

This guide has lots of spots like the one mentioned above. The guide will also teach you a lot of different strategies in the auction house.

Best of luck!

How to Make Gold in World of Warcraft - Realistic Advice That Works

In this article I'm going to cover how to make gold in world of warcraft. There are a few strategies you can utilize that have shown a ton of gamers huge gains in gold. Below are 2 ways I've personally gotten most of my gold...

Auction House:

The auction house is one of the most profitable ways you can make gold in world of warcraft. Gamers will buy items at a cost that is below market value to later sell at a higher price to make a profit. Here are a few pointers... worldofwarcraft powerleveling

Use the auctioneer Addon. This is a tool that will scan the auction house for great deals. It will also show you important statistics about the items you're wishing to buy.

Understand the market. I suggest scanning item prices for about a week before you start buying. This is because scanning items allows you to understand what certain items are selling for what prices. You'll understand the difference between an okay deal, and a bargain.

Patience is key. Patience is so important in both buying and selling. You never want to buy an item that is over market value. Don't be in a rush to buy an item right away. When a great deal presents itself, than take advantage of it - but if now, don't force anything.

Farming:

Farming should definitely be one route that you should consider. Farming is when you kill mobs over and over to obtain their items you would later sell in the auction house. I like farming because all the gold you make is pure profit. There are no costs required in farming except the time you put in. I would suggest farming areas that compliment your profession. If you're a skinner, I would farm mobs that you could additionally skin. worldofwarcraft powerleveling

The Eastern Plaguelands are great to farm for Mossflayer Zombies. They can be found at the spot (28,55) and drop items such as Runecloth and silver. I recommend farming them because they relatively weak, have a solid drop rate, and respawn rather quickly.

Important Points To Note:

Although farming and the auction house can be great ways on how to make gold in world of warcraft, I have to make one point very clear. It takes a whole lot of time to see the sort of results you want using farming or the auction house. Both strategies tend to get pretty time consuming. I have some friends that farm for 12 hours a day. Another friend of mine spends 90% of his wow gaming scanning for items in the auction house. Although they have seen a lot gold, they dished out so much time to do so. I wasn't willing to do the same because when I'm playing wow, I want to be having fun and enjoying the aspects I want to play. I invested in a gold making guide because they share strategies that are very efficient with your time. This is because most of the material is taken from professional gold farmers from China. They know the most efficient ways to make gold in wow.

Derek's Gold Mastery Guide Review - WoW Riches

It's just that there's so many people selling world of warcraft gold guides now, it's crazy. However most of these guides are apparently just lists of legal ways to make money in the game, and a majority of the information they contain can be easily found on the internet. In my opinion if you are looking for some solid information on gold making and you want to plunk down the dollars, you should take a look at Derek's gold mastery guide. It is easily one of the top World of Warcraft gold guides available. Many other WoW gold making guides would do well to take notes on how Derek illustrates the art of WoW gold making into completely legitimate and easy to follow steps. So let's talk more about this awesome guide. About it's advantages and disadvantages. safe wow powerleveling

It is one of the latest gold making guides available for World of Warcraft which features more than 150 pages packed with detailed maps, screenshots and some of the highest quality item stat sheets I've ever seen. This guide is for those who wish to start building up their bank accounts since Chinese farmers are now banned. Of course there are a lot of different ways how you can buy gold from farmers, but your account will be banned. Do you want this? You can learn how to make tons of money yourself. Derek's Gold Mastery Guide provides much more than the typical tips on how to make gold by grinding, for Derek grinding is not the main way of making gold in world of warcraft, it's just another way to bore yourself. The guide contains more than 150 pages filled with unique strategies and tips on making gold. These strategies were created and tested by Derek and they are only described in his guide. You won't find them anywhere else.

The biggest advantage of Derek's Gold Mastery Guide is that it is designed for every player - from casual weekend players to the hardcore gamer who spends hours playing World of Warcraft every single day. You know, I am not the biggest fan of WoW. Usually I spend only 2 hours a day playing it, but even I was able to make over 400 gold in a week simply by using some of the Derek's techniques. Of course not everything in this guide is so ideal; it has some disadvantages as well. The main downside is that it has a real cost to it ($47), but I can say with full confidence that it's worth every penny. And I am absolutely satisfied with my results. The money and time saved using the guide more than makes up for it.safe wow powerleveling

Do you want want to increase the amount of loot in your bags and trick yourself out so much sooner with a great epic mount? If you answered yes, then this guide is what you need. So don't waste your time and learn more about this awesome guide!

WoW Leveling Guide

With over eight million users worldwide, World of Warcraft has quickly become one of the best selling, most beloved, MMORPGs in the current history of gaming. The heated competition amongst fellow players is fierce as many are racing to be the top player in the shortest amount of time possible. In this brief World of Warcraft leveling guide you will learn five things that will give you what you need to level your WoW horde character quickly and effectively. What you take away from this guide will provide you with the edge that you need to quickly and effortlessly make it to the top of the World of Warcraft rankings in a desirably short length of time. As you may already be aware, there are two factions in the World of Warcraft universe. They are known as the Alliance and the Horde. The Alliance is comprised of Humans, Dwarves, Draenei, Gnomes, and Night Elves, and the Horde is made up of Trolls, Orcs, Tauren, Undead, and Blood Elves. While the following information can be utilized for characters from either faction, it applies mainly to those of the Horde. cheap wow powerleveling

In order to quickly make it to level ten you must first make it to Brill. This is the undead city and it is the quests that are given out by the undead that dwell here that are the easiest ones to complete at this level. They are all relatively short and don’t require you to journey as far as other quests in World of Warcraft. This will allow you to reach level ten quickly and painlessly.

When leveling in World of Warcraft, the relentless tedium of grinding and killing the same monsters over and over again is a complete waste of time, and not to mention a threat to your sanity. If you really want to spend your time grinding go play an old school RPG like Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy VI. Questing is by far the superior choice for leveling quickly. Completing quests will provide you with the most experience per time spent playing.

You will always want to focus on slaying the enemies that appear yellow to you as you are traveling from one quest to the next. It is alright to kill the ones that appear green to you but be sure that they are only three to four levels below your current level.

While power leveling, you will be far better off soloing World of Warcraft than you will wasting your time searching for groups to go questing with. Things will go more quickly for you if you eliminate this wasted time. This way there is no need to rely upon other players’ time schedules or waste time worrying about the needs of other WoW players. cheap wow powerleveling

Finally, always make an effort to log out in one of the major cities or an Inn when you are ready to leave the World of Warcraft realm and return to the real world.

If you follow these simple tips, you will definitely have a speed leveling advantage over your fellow WoW players. You will find yourself leveling quickly with a much shorter amount of your in game time spent in World of Warcraft struggling to do so.

WoW Tips For Gold - Four Free Tips For Making Gold In World Of Warcraft

The Auction House - Center of the WoW Economy
First, you need to master the Auction House (AH). This is where the big money can be made. Just like Warren Buffett is rich beyond all imagination from the stock market, the auction house is like the World of Warcraft stock market. Many of the same rules apply, such as "buy low and sell high". The World of Warcraft economy works just like any other "real" economy in many ways. Understand the inner workings of the economy and you can profit handsomely from this knowledge. buy wow powerleveling

WoW supports plugins (or add-ons), and if you only get a single one, you should get Auctioneer. Auctioneer is essential for anyone using the Auction House. It knows many details about all the items available in the game and shows you these as tooltips when you hover over an item. But the real power lies in the "scan" function. The plugin is capable of recording prices and quantities of items at the Auction House and give you estimates of price developments based on this data. So if you're running around grinding and collecting items, you will immediately know what they will sell for at the Auction House. This way you can also leverage pricing differences between vendors and the AH.

Getting Organized - Track Prices to Maximize Profits
Even if the Auctioneer plugin gives you lots of data, the serious WoW dealer will want to do his own research. So, whip up your spreadsheet of choice and start tracking item prices. See what you can sell for a high price consistently, and find out which items are in demand. Get items at a discount by purchasing them when they are below the market value, and then selling them when they are above it. This takes a bit of practice and time, which the average world of Warcraft player won't want to invest. Which gives a serious dealer (like you) an advantage in the marketplace. buy wow powerleveling

Picking The Right Profession
It's a well-known fact that WoW professions are not created equally. And this is a good thing. Not all players play the game with the same goals. Some want to fight other players, some want to engage in roll playing and yet others want to strike it rich, at least virtually. And the different professions are each suited more or less for each of these playing styles.

Since we're talking about making gold in World of Warcraft, we need to focus on the professions that give us an advantage in this regard.

If you're wise, you will pick a gathering profession. In fact, for a new character you should pick two professions. Simply put, gatherers can gather items which you can sell for gold. If you pick a different profession, you will find that you can't do a lot with your skills until you level your character up quite a bit. As a gatherer, you can continually build your character's level while making gold in the process. Then, if you so desire, you can always drop a gathering profession for a different profession after you have raised a sufficient amount of gold.

Take A Shortcut To Riches
If you really want to shortcut your way to stacks of gold, the quickest and smartest way to achieve this is by buying a Warcraft Gold Guide. These guides (the good ones at least) are not free, but they pay for themselves in that you will literally save days by employing their step-by-step instructions and maps of the best locations for making gold. These guides are like a treasure map.

If you're reluctant to spend money on one of these guides, think about it this way: you're paying for your WoW account monthly, so each day you spend aimlessly looking for gold in the wrong spots, each hour you waste grinding the wrong creatures, is costing you money - real money. The fact that a good gold guide shows you the best ways to make gold fast offsets its cost, sometimes you might even save money by buying one.

How To Make Gold In WOW To Get The Items You Want!

In this article I am going to explain how to make gold in wow to get the items you want! Gold, in the virtual world as in the real world, is one of the most sought after resources. We all want the armor and the weapons that going to help us progress in the game quickly, we all want an epic flying mount, we all want gold! Well how the heck can we get our hands on some of that shiny stuff? Listed are some farming strategies i've implemented to see profits in gold. safe wow gold
Great Farming Strategies
Farming is one of the most popular ways to get gold. Its when you kill certain monsters again and again, that respawn after being killed, to get obtain their gold repeatedly. Here are some great ways to do this...
The Essence of Air is a great resource you can obtain from Toxic Horrors in Felwood. Felwood is another great place where you can find high level herbs that drop from Withered Protectors. These sell for about 10g if you can find about a stack of 20.

Hearthglen is a popular place to farm gold - this is in the western plaguelands. Look for the Scarlet Spellbinders because they'll be dropping runecloth.

Ogres are very popular to kill. The great part with ogres is that they tend not to run away or call their peers. The best places to kill ogres are in Deadwind Pass which is between Duskwood and the Swamp of Sorrows. safe wow gold

Important Things To Note

These are just a few of the many strategies to make gold gold in wow. These are great but the big drawback from many of these strategies is that they are time intensive activities. I've seen some gamers spend endless hours farming just to make a few pieces of gold. I didn't want to pay for my gold and I wasn't willing to sacrifice the amount of time necessary to get the kinds of items I wanted. I used strategies in professional gold making guides - they have ways to make serious amounts of gold without farming for hours on end.
